Danny rides his bike across the top of a decommissioned army tank. He’s surrounded by life-size ‘toy soldiers’ – friends dressed in military fatigues; their costumes have been painted a shade of green.

Gliding along the gun barrel, Danny reaches the end. He leans forward, lifts his back wheel and pulls a 360-degree footjam, but … Ouch! Danny’s front tyre slips. His bike falls at an awkward angle. In the crash, he topples to the floor, landing flat on his back. Three toy soldiers gather round. They’re checking his motionless body. Off camera, there is a shout.

Danny has blacked out …
